I am the owner of a local air duct cleaning company, Clean Air Technologies. A few weeks ago we cleaned the air system and duct work the home of Paula Griffith on Myers Park Dr. in Charlotte. After the cleaning one of her systems would not restart. The customer called your firm with the understanding that we would pay for the service call and repairs for any damage our tech might have done. Upon examining the system your tech told the homeowner that the issue was not related to the duct cleaning. In my experience this almost never happens.
