“I was looking for a certified dealer of York products. I found Patterson in the phone book and gave them a call. Ric Hendrickson came out to my house and told me what they would do, when they would do it and how much it would cost. The installers came out at 8:00am as Ric said they would. They installed my new system within the time they said they would do it and they sent me the bill for exactly what they said it would cost. Their people were incredible, knowledgeable and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. The installers respected my home as if it were their own. The city inspector even said it was the cleanest install he had ever seen. I've owned a few homes in other states and have used other vendors, but I have never had a company meet the service that the people of Patterson deliver. You've got to have the right people and I feel that Patterson has set the bar for all other Heating and Air Conditioning companies.
